• I'm looking for person the warm, friendly voice and face to greet the clients of Peninsula Total Car Care as we expand into new locations.
• You will be a supporting role in positive customer engagement, admin duties, answering phones and at times the "facilitator" to keep the day-to-day business moving as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service area
• Answer incoming calls and provide information about our services
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position is confident, warm, and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should have previous experience in a customer-facing role and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Receptionist, Admin Duties:

1. As a receptionist at Peninsula Total Car Care, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $30,000-45,000 per year (based on experience)
