Your new position will be with Peninsula Total Car Care, LLC, an industry-leading, professional All-Makes, All-Models repair facility located in Salisbury, MD. We are seeking a world-class, passionate, and experienced Lead Automotive Service Advisor / Manager to run operations as we expand.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$125,000 per year (based on experience) high salary + shop revenue commission

Requirements
- Professional experience, talent and skill running the daily operations and sales for Peninsula Total Car Care
- Natural leadership skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to take charge of advisor duties and responsibilities with accountability and effective communication
- Punctual, friendly, and informative communication
- Higher level typing and phone skills
Daily Tasks:
- Estimate service and repair, ensuring accuracy and profitability with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and honesty
- Answer and facilitate customer questions and concerns using expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (our Standard of Excellence) No swearing, do what’s right when nobody’s looking, be accountable, practice to improve
- Analyze and improve current operating procedures
- Remain flexible, anticipate change, and create positive outcomes

Required
- Experience selling service, estimated $6,000+ in sales a day
- Experience or ability to run an entire shop’s day-to-day operations, 40+ hours of daily production, $15,000+ daily revenue (estimated $500 per repair order)
- Hunger and drive to be the best, set records, and build strong relationships
- Minimum 5 years of automotive customer service writing experience
- Current knowledge of the automotive industry, including repair orders, parts, sales process, extended warranty process, insurance process
- Ability to type at an above-average level/speed
- Personal schedule availability and drive to run the daily operations at Peninsula Total Car Care
