Pay: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience, written offer letter upon meeting) + $2,000 sign-on bonus

Who We’re Looking For

• Highly productive B-level technician with 5+ years professional experience
• Ability to consistently produce strong billed hours weekly
• Strong mechanical aptitude and good diagnostic foundation
• Comfortable with brakes, suspension, cooling systems, maintenance, engine repairs, and common drivability concerns
• Ability to use scan tools, wiring diagrams, DVOMs, and learn new systems quickly
• Good attitude, professionalism, and team mentality
• Someone who takes pride in clean, accurate, quality work
• Motivated to continue learning and improving

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform maintenance and repair work with attention to detail
• Use modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Document inspections and repairs clearly
• Work closely with service advisors and teammates
• Continue building your technical skillset through training and real-world experience
