Who We’re Looking For

• An A-level automotive technician (or highly productive B-level) with 10+ years of professional experience
• You should have no issue completing 50+ hours of production per week, especially with our workload and intuitive workflow
• Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working on all makes/models with a willingness to adapt and understand a car is just a car, within a few short months anything that seemed unfamiliar will become second-nature to work on.
• Experience to take on any repair job that rolls in the door, from brakes to timing chains
• Ability to use voltmeters, amp clamps, wiring diagrams, and adapt to new scan tools quickly
• Meticulous attention to detail—every harness, every bolt where it belongs
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with passion for both the craft and your free time
  

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with precision
• Perform everything from timing chains to routine maintenance, inspections, and document work accurately
• Use scan tools of every kind, from Snap-on, Autel, Topdon, iScan to OE dealer scan tools. If we don’t have them and we need them, we’ll get them (we have access to pretty much everything already)!
• Collaborate with teammates and uphold high repair standards - you'll be surround by "A-Players" with very positive and solution-focused mindsets
• Commit to mastering your craft with ongoing training

• $4,00 Sign-on Bonus ($2,000 in cash when the box hits the floor, $2,000 after 60 days)
